Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.


Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Giz Leather slippers. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused (not worn outdoors)
  • In original condition with no damage
  • In original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at returns@gizleather.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

We will provide you with return instructions and, for Canadian orders, a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange for a different size, please indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at returns@gizleather.ca with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
